Lessons from the last session: Taking Flight

So the wonderful and memorable journey of Amal Career-Prep fellowship Batch 185 came to an end. Two skillful, highly efficient and kind Mentors lead this session in a marvelous way. They give us a chance to learn some exceptional professional skills for our successful career. Last session summarizes the fruitful outcomes of our learning throughout the session.

Self- Confidence

The last session helps in building Self- Confidence and create comfortable zone to communicate and interact with not only my batch fellows but also with my Mentors present during the session. They gave us leisure to speak about ourselves in front of whole class. To share our life lessons with our Amal fellows. In last session Facilitators encourage and motivate us to participate in creative learning fun games.

Believing in myself

Fellowship of 3 month changed me incredibly. This fellowship not only improves my professional skills but also builds my soft skills. Believing in myself is the most powerful lesson I learned in this fellowship. It strengthens my belief that I can do anything.

Interaction With Amal Fellows

I had a great chance to interact with the priceless peers at Amal Career-Prep fellowship Batch 185. All the fellows are well motivated to help each other throughout the fellowship. They encourage and uplift the morals of other Fellow Fellows and give them confidence that you can do whatever you want to do. In the last session, all were very enthusiastic to incorporate all learning skills in their next future.

Experiences from the fellowship that will impact my future learnings

By the end of the fellowship, I am now capable of entering my Professional Career phase. I learned multiple skills and had wonderful experiences which impacted my learning skills greatly. Such as ;

1. Leadership opportunity at Mega Project
2. Webinar Management and hosting for Mega Project
3. Blog writing skills
4. Teamwork skills in Circle Group for completion of PWs and Mega Project tasks
5. Approved Cover Letter after appreciation by Mentor during session.

And so much more, Allhumdulillah!. Now I realize choosing this fellowship for my professional learning was one of my best decisions.
